Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This statement is maintained by Copia Print (a Boulton Digital company) and applies to copiaprint.co.uk and copiaprint.com. We want everyone to be able to browse, design and order print with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. Accessibility is considered when we design new pages and is reviewed as part of our regular site checks. This is a statement of our own practices, not an independent certification or audit.

What we do

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and page titles so screen readers can navigate.
  • Keyboard access to menus, forms, dialogs and the basket, with visible focus styles.
  • Text alternatives for product photography, badges and blog images.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for body text and interface controls.
  • Responsive layouts with generous tap targets on phones and tablets.
  • Forms with proper labels and error messages that are not conveyed by colour alone.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are harder to use with assistive technology, and we are working on them:

  • The online Design Studio is a canvas-based tool and is not fully usable by keyboard or screen reader. If you would like help with artwork, email us and we will set your design up for you at no extra cost.
  • Some older PDF templates and downloadable guides may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We can supply the same information in another format on request.
  • A small number of decorative illustrations and mockups may have brief alt text while we finish reviewing the full catalogue.

Getting an accessible alternative

If you cannot use part of the site, contact us and a person will help you place your order, supply artwork or read out any information you need. We can accept orders and artwork by email or over the phone.

Reporting a problem

Please tell us if you find an accessibility barrier. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and we will reply within 5 working days.

Enforcement

If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), which advises on rights under the Equality Act 2010.
