File requirements

Following these guidelines gives the best possible print result and helps your order go straight into production without artwork queries.

Accepted formats

  • PDF (preferred — press-ready, fonts embedded or outlined)
  • JPG and PNG for photographic artwork
  • AI, EPS or SVG for vector logos

Colour

  • Supply artwork in CMYK. RGB files will be converted, which can shift colour.
  • For critical brand colours, specify Pantone references where offered on the product.
  • Rich black: C40 M30 Y30 K100 for large solid areas.

Resolution

  • Small format (business cards, flyers): 300 dpi at final size.
  • Large format (banners, posters over A2): 150 dpi at final size.

Bleed and safe area

  • Add 3 mm bleed on all sides of small format artwork.
  • Keep text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim.

Fonts

Embed all fonts in the PDF or convert type to outlines before exporting.
