Delivery

Every Copia Print order is produced in the UK and shipped on a tracked service. Turnaround starts once your artwork has been approved.

Standard turnaround

• Business cards, flyers and stationery: 2–4 working days.
• Signage, banners and large format: 3–5 working days.
• Workwear, apparel and promotional items: 5–10 working days.
• Packaging and labels: 5–10 working days.

Express options

Next-day and 48-hour options are shown on the product page wherever our production team can support it. Cut-off is normally 12:00 UK time.

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most UK Mainland addresses ship free on orders over £75.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view live status inside your account under Orders.

Missed or missing parcels

Contact orders@boultondigital.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
