Delivery
Every Copia Print order is produced in the UK and shipped on a tracked service. Turnaround starts once your artwork has been approved.
Standard turnaround
- Business cards, flyers and stationery: 2–4 working days.
- Signage, banners and large format: 3–5 working days.
- Workwear, apparel and promotional items: 5–10 working days.
- Packaging and labels: 5–10 working days.
Production time and delivery speed
Production time and delivery speed are separate. Production time is how long your order takes to make; the product page and basket show the resulting dispatch date. Orders placed before 12:00 UK time on a working day start production that day. Express courier delivery is a courier service after dispatch, available on eligible products — it does not shorten production.
Delivery charges
- Standard UK delivery: £5.94 including VAT (£4.95 excluding VAT).
- Express courier delivery: £11.94 including VAT (£9.95 excluding VAT) — the next working day after your order is dispatched, where the product supports it.
- Free standard delivery on eligible orders of £40 or more including VAT, based on the goods subtotal after trade and voucher discounts. Delivery and handling charges do not count towards this threshold. Orders containing oversize items are excluded.
Oversize items
An item is oversize if any side is longer than 600mm. Orders containing oversize items pay the normal delivery charge plus £6 including VAT per oversize item(£5 excluding VAT). This applies to each unit ordered, not just once per product line, even when the goods subtotal is £40 or more including VAT.
For example, one oversize item adds up to £11.94 including VAT for standard delivery, or £17.94 including VAT for express courier delivery where available, before any applicable small-order handling charge.
Minimum order and small-order handling
- Standard delivery requires a minimum goods subtotal of £9.60 including VAT (£8 excluding VAT), after discounts. Below this, add more goods or choose express courier delivery where available.
- Standard-delivery orders with a goods subtotal below £18 including VAT (£15 excluding VAT), after discounts, include a £3.54 including VAT small-order handling charge (£2.95 excluding VAT). This is added to delivery and any oversize surcharge. There is no small-order handling charge on express courier delivery.
The exact charge is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also view live status inside your account under Orders.
Missed or missing parcels
Contact orders@boultondigital.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
