What does this mean?
DPI
Dots per inch. More dots per inch means sharper print but a smaller physical size from the same pixel file.
Embedded DPI
Some JPEG and PNG files store a resolution value. We read it directly so the estimate matches the file.
Recommended resolutions
300 dpi for business cards, flyers and photos. 150 dpi for banners and posters viewed from a distance. 72 dpi is screen only.
Need a larger print?
Use a higher-resolution original, supply a vector file, or choose a large-format product where lower DPI is acceptable.
