Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of copiaprint.co.uk and any orders you place with Copia Print ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Placing an order

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. You are responsible for checking artwork, spelling, colours, sizes and quantities before approving your order. Once production has started, orders cannot usually be cancelled or amended.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our payment processor. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before your order enters production.

3. Artwork and files

You confirm that any artwork you upload is your own work or you have the necessary rights to reproduce it. We are not liable for print output that faithfully reproduces artwork supplied by you, including colour variance from screen to press.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates and start once artwork is approved. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery page for full details.

5. Faulty or damaged goods

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected items.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
