Privacy Policy — Copia Print

This page is maintained by Copia Print to explain what personal information we collect when you use copiaprint.co.uk and how we use it. It applies to visitors, account holders and customers placing orders.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, business name, delivery address, phone).
Order details (products, artwork files you upload, order history, invoices).
Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Basic technical information (device, browser, IP address) needed to run the site securely.

How we use it

To fulfil your orders and communicate about them.
To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
To improve the service, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
To send you transactional emails (order updates). Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information needed with the production partners printing your order, our payment processor, our hosting and email providers, and delivery carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@boultondigital.uk to exercise any of these rights.

If you have an account, you can do this yourself at any time: go to Settings and use Download my data to get a copy of everything we hold about you in a portable file, or Request account deletion to ask us to erase it. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days; records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are anonymised rather than removed.
