We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply a one-page print-ready PDF in CMYK with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Artwork size is the banner plus 3mm bleed on every edge: 806 × 2006mm for the 800mm banner, 856 × 2006mm for the 850mm banner
- Keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the trim edge
- Keep the bottom of the banner free of key content — it sits close to the base and behind tables
- Keep headlines above 1200mm from the floor so they sit at eye level
- Images must be 300 DPI at final size
