Panel supplied plain, ready to fix your own way. Holes are 5mm wide. On panels where every side is 400mm or more they sit 30mm in from the edges; if any side is under 400mm they sit 15mm in. Keep logos and text clear of those areas. We don't supply screws or fixings.

- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Set artwork to the final ordered size with 3mm bleed on every edge
- Keep logos, text and important detail at least 10mm inside the trim edge
- Use 150 DPI at final size as a minimum; use 300 DPI for signs viewed close up
- Do not add drill-hole marks — production adds the selected top-corner or four-corner drilling preset
- Keep important detail clear of drilling zones: 30mm from each edge when every side is at least 400mm, otherwise 15mm
- For double-sided signs, supply side one and side two as separate pages in one PDF at the same orientation
- For a custom shape, add a 0.25pt stroke with no fill in a 100% Magenta spot colour named "Cut contour"

Aluminium composite is two thin aluminium skins bonded to a solid polyethylene core. It is the most rigid and longest-lasting flat sign material we offer, and the standard for permanent exterior signage on buildings.
It will not warp, sag or discolour the way plastic panels eventually do, and the surface takes UV-stable print with excellent colour depth. Specify your drilling pattern at the point of order — clean, accurate holes are far harder to add afterwards.

- Correx 4mm — fluted plastic, very light, 1–2 years outdoors. Site boards, estate agent signs, event direction.
- PVC banner 440–510gsm — flexible, hemmed and eyeletted, ideal for fences, scaffolding and stands.
- Foamex 5mm — smooth rigid PVC, 3–5 years outdoors, excellent indoors. The default for shop and office signage.
- Aluminium composite (Dibond-type) — two aluminium skins over a polyethylene core. The most rigid and longest-lasting option, 5+ years.
