We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply a PNG, JPG or PDF at 300 DPI at final size
- Add 3mm bleed on all edges and keep text and logos 10mm inside the trim
- Sublimation prints no white — unprinted areas show the base material colour
- Colours dry slightly darker and warmer than on screen; avoid very pale pastels for key detail
- Full-bleed designs work best; thin borders around the edge highlight any movement in the press
- RGB files are converted to CMYK for press, which can shift bright blues, greens and oranges
