Custom printed scratch cards are a brilliant way to capture attention and get people interacting with your brand — loyalty rewards, prize draws, product launches, footfall promotions and direct mail all work brilliantly in this format. Every card is printed in full colour with your own design, branding and a hidden message or prize beneath the scratch panel: a discount code, winning number, promotional offer or exclusive reward. The panel is durable latex ink giving complete coverage while staying easy to remove with a coin or fingernail. 300gsm board, full process colour both sides, gloss laminate front, uncoated reverse so winners can be written on. Scratch panel covers up to 30% of the front. Mark the scratch panel position clearly on your artwork (a spot layer named SCRATCH, or a separate marked page) and keep anything hidden fully inside the panel area. 3mm bleed, 4mm safe area, CMYK, 300dpi. - Build the design to the print area for the item — the exact area is confirmed on your digital proof
- Keep text and logos 3mm inside the edges of the print area and clear of seams, zips and curves
- Supply Pantone references for brand-critical colours
- Nothing goes into production until you have approved a visual proof showing your artwork in place
