About Embroidered Sun Visors
Product specifications sourced from our UK print partners.
Don’t worry if you’re not sure about your artwork
We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Vector artwork (AI, EPS or vector PDF with fonts outlined) gives the best result on any branded item
- For full-colour printed items we also accept PNG or PDF at 300 DPI at final size
- Build the design to the print area for the item — the exact area is confirmed on your digital proof
- Keep text and logos 3mm inside the edges of the print area and clear of seams, zips and curves
- Supply Pantone references for brand-critical colours
- Nothing goes into production until you have approved a visual proof showing your artwork in place
Not sure if your file is suitable? Send it anyway — we’ll check it before production.
A visor gives sun protection without the warmth of a full cap, making it a popular choice for sports days, golf events and outdoor summer activities.
- Full-colour or engraved
- Low minimums
- Everyday-use items
Embroidered Sun Visors buying guide
Written by our studio team — what to choose, and what usually goes wrong.
- Desk items (mugs, mats, notebooks) give the longest exposure to a single person — best for clients and staff.
- Carry items (totes, bottles, umbrellas) travel, so they reach a wider audience — best for events and trade shows.
- Giveaways (pens, badges, wristbands) are volume plays; price per contact matters more than perceived value.
