We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply a two-page CMYK PDF at 303 × 216mm, including 3mm bleed on every edge
- Page 1: outside spread — back cover left, front cover right; page 2: inside spread
- The fold is 148.5mm from the left trim edge; no roll-fold panel allowance
- Keep text and logos 5mm inside trim and clear of the fold (Copia safe-area policy)
- Use 300 DPI images and embed or outline all fonts; remove template guides before exporting

- A6 — pocket and handout size. Cheapest per unit, best for door drops and event flyering.
- A5 — the workhorse. Enough room for an offer plus a small amount of detail; still cheap to post.
- A4 — menus, price lists and anything with a table or lots of copy.
- DL (99 x 210mm) — fits a standard envelope and a leaflet rack, ideal for direct mail.
