- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Build the file at the final banner size (or 25% scale) with 25mm bleed on every edge
- Keep logos, text and important detail at least 50mm inside the trim — the hem and eyelets sit in the outer edge
- Aim for 100–150 DPI at full size; 300 DPI at 25% scale gives the same result
- Do not mark eyelet positions on your artwork — brass eyelets are fitted every 500mm as standard
- Avoid thin borders or frames around the edge; hemming makes any misalignment obvious
- Large solid colours are fine, but supply Pantone references in your order notes for brand-critical colours
- For double-sided banners, supply each side as a separate page in one PDF at the same orientation

- Correx 4mm — fluted plastic, very light, 1–2 years outdoors. Site boards, estate agent signs, event direction.
- PVC banner 440–510gsm — flexible, hemmed and eyeletted, ideal for fences, scaffolding and stands.
- Foamex 5mm — smooth rigid PVC, 3–5 years outdoors, excellent indoors. The default for shop and office signage.
- Aluminium composite (Dibond-type) — two aluminium skins over a polyethylene core. The most rigid and longest-lasting option, 5+ years.
