- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Build each panel to the finished flat size with 3mm bleed all round
- Keep text and logos 5mm inside the trim and 5mm clear of every fold line
- Supply the outside and inside as two separate pages in one PDF, both the same orientation
- Do not draw fold lines on the artwork — tell us the fold type in your order notes
- Allow for creep on roll folds: the inner panel is 2–3mm narrower than the outer panels
- 300 DPI images at final size, rich black (C40 M30 Y30 K100) for large solid areas

A DL 6pp folded leaflet gives you six panels in something that still fits a standard envelope and a leaflet rack — the classic format for services, treatment lists and tourism.
Request the folding template before you design. A roll fold requires the inner panels to be fractionally narrower so they tuck neatly, and artwork laid out as three equal thirds will not fold correctly.

- A6 — pocket and handout size. Cheapest per unit, best for door drops and event flyering.
- A5 — the workhorse. Enough room for an offer plus a small amount of detail; still cheap to post.
- A4 — menus, price lists and anything with a table or lots of copy.
- DL (99 x 210mm) — fits a standard envelope and a leaflet rack, ideal for direct mail.
