We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply vector artwork (AI, EPS or vector PDF) with all fonts converted to outlines
- Separate each ink colour and give us the Pantone reference for every one
- Keep line weights above 0.75pt and type above 6pt so fine detail holds through the mesh
- Avoid gradients, drop shadows and halftones below 15% — they break up on fabric
- Build the design at 100% of the finished print size and keep it 20mm inside seams and hems
- Full-colour photographic designs are printed DTG instead — send a 300 DPI PNG for those
