How should I set up the artwork?

Supply a flat 110 × 85mm PDF per side at 300 DPI, CMYK, with 3mm bleed all round. Keep text 5mm inside the trim and 5mm clear of the centre crease.

Page 1 is the outside (back panel left, front panel right) and page 2 is the inside spread. Label your pages if you're unsure and we'll check at pre-flight.

Will the lamination crack on the fold?

No — the cards are creased before folding, so the matt laminate folds cleanly without splitting.

For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:

Folded business card printing gives you four printable panels instead of two, which turns a contact card into a miniature brochure — a price list, a treatment menu, an appointment card or a map on the inside.

Finished size vs unfolded size: the card is printed on a flat 110 × 85mm sheet and folded once along the centre crease, so it finishes at 85 × 55mm — the same size as a standard business card and it fits a normal card holder. Set up your artwork at the flat 110 × 85mm size with 3mm bleed.

Printed on 400gsm silk board, matt laminated both sides and creased before folding so the spine stays crisp rather than cracking. Worth ordering when you need to say more than a standard card allows but do not want to hand out a leaflet.
