We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply vector artwork (AI, EPS or vector PDF) with fonts outlined — we digitise it into stitches
- Keep the design simple: detail finer than 4mm and text under 5mm tall will not stitch cleanly
- Solid shapes work best; gradients, fades and photographs cannot be embroidered
- Give us thread colour references (Madeira or Pantone) — we match to the nearest stock thread
- Design to the finished stitch size, typically 100 × 60mm on a chest or cap front
- A one-off digitising fee may apply the first time a logo is set up; the file is kept for repeats
