The Portwest S461 hi-vis bomber is certified workwear, not a branded jacket that happens to be yellow. It carries EN ISO 20471 conspicuity certification, which is what site inductions and risk assessments actually ask for.
Quilted lining and a concealed hood make it usable through a British winter, and the fluorescent fabric with retroreflective banding keeps the wearer visible in low light and headlights.
Branding must be placed carefully: badges cannot reduce the certified areas of fluorescent fabric or interrupt the reflective tape.
