- Supply a PNG or PDF at 300 DPI with a transparent background, sized to the print area at 100%
- Do not include a background rectangle — anything not transparent will print
- Use #101010 rather than 100% black; pure black over-saturates on DTG
- Keep artwork 20mm inside seams, collars and hems
- On white and pale garments the white underbase is dropped, so leave white areas transparent unless you want them printed
- Neon and fluorescent colours can't be matched with DTG inks — expect a slightly muted result

The Bella+Canvas 3001 is the retail-fit t-shirt: 100% ringspun cotton at around 145gsm, side-seamed with a narrower body and shorter sleeve than a classic workwear tee. It is the shirt people actually keep wearing, which is why it dominates merch drops and band tables.
Because the yarn is combed and ringspun rather than open-end, the surface is smoother and holds fine detail and halftones far better than a heavyweight basic. Photographic and multi-tone artwork prints noticeably cleaner on it.
Size up one if your audience prefers a relaxed fit — the 3001 runs slim compared with Gildan equivalents.
