- Supply a PNG or PDF at 300 DPI, sized to the wrap template for this mug
- Request the free mug template — the printable wrap stops short of the handle on both sides
- Keep text and logos 10mm inside the top and bottom edges of the print area
- Full-bleed wraps need 3mm extra on all sides; the join sits behind the handle
- Dye sublimation prints no white — unprinted areas show the mug colour
- On black and coloured mugs, pale tones sublimate darker; high-contrast artwork works best

A heat-changing mug hides your design until hot liquid is poured in, at which point the black coating clears and the print appears. It is a novelty, and it works — recipients almost always show someone else.
Use it where the reveal is the joke or the message: a punchline, a before-and-after, a hidden offer or a logo emerging from a blank surface.
