About Branded Square Parasol

Product specifications sourced from our UK print partners.

  • Supply a PDF, PNG or JPG at 150 DPI at final size (300 DPI if the design is viewed close up)
  • Add 20mm bleed on every edge — fabric is hemmed and tensioned, so the outer edge wraps out of sight
  • Keep logos and text at least 40mm inside the trim
  • Vector logos are strongly preferred; flattened images can't be scaled up cleanly
  • Dye sublimation on fabric shifts colour slightly versus press CMYK — add Pantone references for brand colours
  • Avoid fine hairlines and small type; printed fabric is read from a distance and moves in use

  • Commercial-grade parasol with printed canopy valance

  • Valance and panel print areas confirmed on your quote

The Branded Square Parasol suits venues with square or rectangular table layouts, covering the seating area neatly without the overlap gaps a round parasol can leave between tables.

As with any outdoor parasol, the valance is the most visible branding position, read easily by passers-by and seated customers alike.

Branded Square Parasol buying guide

Written by our studio team — what to choose, and what usually goes wrong.

  • Desk items (mugs, mats, notebooks) give the longest exposure to a single person — best for clients and staff.
  • Carry items (totes, bottles, umbrellas) travel, so they reach a wider audience — best for events and trade shows.
  • Giveaways (pens, badges, wristbands) are volume plays; price per contact matters more than perceived value.
