We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Build at the finished size with 3mm bleed on every edge
- Keep text and logos 10mm inside the trim
- 150 DPI at final size is fine for posters viewed from a distance; use 300 DPI for A3 and smaller
- Avoid enlarging web images — check the physical size with our print size estimator first
- RGB files are converted to CMYK for press, which can shift bright blues, greens and oranges

An A1 folded wall planner gives teams a large 594 × 840mm year-at-a-glance surface, then folds down to A4 for economical posting and storage.
Tradeprint concertina-folds the sheet and then folds it in half, so the fold layout is different from the smaller A2 cross-folded planner.
It works well for project schedules, school terms and promotional mailings where the planner needs to earn permanent wall space.

- Supply one portrait CMYK PDF page at 600 × 846mm, including 3mm bleed around the 594 × 840mm trim.
- Keep important content at least 10mm from trim and fold lines.
- Use the official A1 template because the concertina and half-fold positions are production-critical.
