- Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Request our free dieline template and design on the artwork layer, leaving the guide layers untouched
- Add 3mm bleed beyond every outer edge of the dieline
- Keep text and logos 5mm inside all crease and cut lines
- Never flatten the dieline into your artwork — supply it on its own layer or delete it before export
- 300 DPI images at final size; kraft board darkens colours, so expect a warmer result
- Barcodes must be vector at 100% size with a clear quiet zone

- Always request the die line and design on it — panel positions are not intuitive once folded.
- Keep artwork 5mm clear of every crease; ink over a fold can crack when the box is snapped open.
- Solid dark colours show scuffing in transit — matt lamination reduces it noticeably.
