- Supply a PDF, PNG or JPG at 150 DPI at final size (300 DPI if the design is viewed close up)
- Add 20mm bleed on every edge — fabric is hemmed and tensioned, so the outer edge wraps out of sight
- Keep logos and text at least 40mm inside the trim
- Vector logos are strongly preferred; flattened images can't be scaled up cleanly
- Dye sublimation on fabric shifts colour slightly versus press CMYK — add Pantone references for brand colours
- Avoid fine hairlines and small type; printed fabric is read from a distance and moves in use

A printed rectangular tablecloth turns a bare trestle table into a finished exhibition stand, and it is usually the single most cost-effective thing you can do to make a small stand look professional.
Full-colour dye sublimation prints the design into the fabric rather than onto it, so the colour does not crack, peel or wash out and the cloth still folds down into a bag.
