For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply a print-ready PDF at the finished envelope size with all fonts outlined or embedded
- Black only — build the artwork in 100% K greyscale; colour elements are converted to black
- No bleed: envelopes are printed on the pre-made envelope, so keep artwork 10mm inside every edge
- Keep artwork clear of the address window aperture and the sealing flap
- Leave the bottom-right 40 × 15mm clear so franking and postal barcodes scan reliably
- Line weights above 0.25pt and type above 6pt so detail holds on envelope stock
