We check every file before it goes to print. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll review it and help you get it sorted wherever we can. We won’t send artwork to production if we think there’s a problem.
For the best print result, please prepare your file using these product-specific guidelines:
- Supply a PDF, PNG or JPG at 150 DPI at final size (300 DPI if the design is viewed close up)
- Add 20mm bleed on every edge — fabric is hemmed and tensioned, so the outer edge wraps out of sight
- Keep logos and text at least 40mm inside the trim
- Vector logos are strongly preferred; flattened images can't be scaled up cleanly
- Dye sublimation on fabric shifts colour slightly versus press CMYK — add Pantone references for brand colours
- Avoid fine hairlines and small type; printed fabric is read from a distance and moves in use

- Vector artwork or 300 DPI at final size, one or two spot colours for the cleanest result.
- Keep the print at least 40mm inside the bag edges and clear of the handle seams.
- Avoid tiny text under 8pt — cotton weave breaks up thin strokes.
