Setting up a folded card

  • Flat size 110 × 85mm plus 3mm bleed on every edge (116 × 91mm with bleed).
  • Two pages: the outside spread (back and front cover) and the inside spread.
  • Keep text off the fold and at least 5mm inside the trim.

  • Standard UK delivery £5.94 inc VAT. Express courier delivery £11.94 inc VAT, the next working day after dispatch.

Folded business card questions

What size is a folded business card?

It opens out to 110 × 85mm and folds to a standard 85 × 55mm card, so it fits a wallet or card holder like a flat card.

How should I set up the artwork?

Supply a print-ready PDF at the flat size, 110 × 85mm, with 3mm bleed on every edge and text at least 5mm inside the trim and away from the fold. Page 1 is the outside spread and page 2 the inside.

Can I design a folded card online?

Not at the moment. Folded cards are ordered with your own print-ready artwork, which is checked before printing.

What are folded cards good for?

Price lists, appointment and loyalty cards, mini menus, or simply more room for services and contact details than a flat card allows.
